Getting started

  • Yes, a relaxed 30 minutes with no obligation and no pitch. Come with questions, or just to offload about your admin.

  • A free 30-minute chat, a short questionnaire, then a quick video meeting so we both know it's the right fit before anything begins.

  • Usually within a couple of weeks of our first chat, depending on availability.

Working together

  • No. We answer as your practice, in your tone, your clients simply experience a warm, familiar point of contact.

  • Yes. You work one-on-one with the same dedicated VA who gets to know your practice and your clients.

  • Most practices begin with a few hours a week and scale up. We'll help you work out what's worth handing over first.

  • We keep it flexible, start with what you need and adjust as your practice changes.

Software & systems

  • Halaxy is our home base, including full setup and support. We're also happy to work within the systems you already use.

  • Absolutely, it's one of our services. We'll configure your account, billing, templates and bookings, then walk you through it. See our Halaxy Setup on the Services page.

Billing, claims & security

  • Yes, from private fees through to third-party funding. We invoice, claim and reconcile so you're paid on time.

  • Always. We treat confidentiality to clinical standards, and Halaxy stores data with bank-grade security and encryption.

Pricing

  • Weekly support packages start at $248/week for 3 hours, with 6- and 9-hour tiers as you grow. Halaxy Setup is a one-off from $1,200
